Conditions of Use

In order to display a job vacancy on Find A Job In Oz you must agree to the following conditions:

  1. The job must comply with the Department of Immigration's criteria for either a 457 Temporary Employer Sponsored Visa OR an Employer Nomination Scheme Visa OR a Regional Skilled Migration Scheme visa. The details of the vacancy will be looked at by our consultants and assessed against these criteria. You will be informed if the vacancy does not satisfy any of the criteria and advised what remedial steps can be taken to resolve this
  2. If your company decides to employ someone, in the relevant vacancy, who enquired about the job via Find A Job In Oz, you agree to recommend Go Matilda as the prefered migration agent to handle any subsequent visa application for that individual.
  3. Your company agrees to employ Go Matilda as the migration agent that will handle any future Sponsorship or Nomination application that may arise out of the vacancy being filled by a user of Find A Job In Oz.
  4. You will inform Find a Job In Oz within 3 days of the vacancy being filled, either through Find a A Job In Oz or any other means.
  5. If the details of the vacancy are amended by you at any stage the vacancy will go "offline" and have to go through the approval process mentioned in point 1 again.
  6. If your company wishes to sponsor someone for a 457 visa then you must have read the `Visa obligations for employers' information carefully before embarking on providing a sponsorship as your company has obligations to the visa holder that are strictly enforced by the Department of Immigration, and if these obligations are not met the penalties for your company can be severe.
